It was relaxing base for traveling to Lyon, I was glad to stay there. The staff was very friendly and exceptionally kind, doing great job. A twin room was air-conditioned. Had a shower, hair dryers, and towels in the bathroom.

Cozy beds and good heating, a safe big enough for a laptop, and a modern flat-screen TV - really cool design! It's also super close to a metro station so getting around is a breeze. Location-wise, 👌.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of The Ruck Hotel. The rugby-themed atmosphere gave a unique touch to the hotel's general areas, making it feel vibrant and full of life. It was a delight to see the rugby memorabilia displayed throughout the hotel, reminding me of the sport's rich history. The accessibility for senior people was also impressive. The staff made sure that the common areas were easy to navigate, with clear signage and comfortable seating options available.
I would have appreciated if there were more activities specifically tailored for senior guests. The children working there were friendly and helpful, but it would have been even better if there were organized events or facilities that catered to the needs and interests of older individuals.

The hotel was a super base for enjoying a fairly nice area, adjacent to a metro station. Its personnel was amazingly kind and very friendly, no reason to complain. - Stayed for 7 days and didn't want to leave, I would go back in a flash.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the brand new beds provide comfort and the Nuxe amenities are a nice touch. Despite a few hiccups with staff and amenities, the wifi works well and the hotel parking is safe.
The lack of in-room coffee facilities may disappoint early risers looking for a quick morning cup.

I had a fantastic stay at The Ruck Hotel. The reception staff were so friendly and spoke excellent English, which made check-in a breeze. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, although the lack of soundproofing was a bit of a drawback. The hotel's rugby theme added a fun and unique touch to my stay. There were no coffee making facilities in the room, which was disappointing for the price paid. there were some minor cleanliness issues such as dirty elevator doors.
